Help Posting your bales

Below are a list of steps to post your bales on GotCotton.com

1. From your file format (TKS, E-Cotton, Hohenberg, ect.) create a file ("save as") in
"My Documents" or on "My Computer"

2. Open GotCotton website and Log In

3. Go to Services and from the drop down open “Sell Bales”

4. Open Post Bales

5. Click on Browse from the Choose file and open the file that your bales are saved in

6. Choose the Electronic Format (TKS, E-Cotton-Hohenberg ect.) from the drop down
box and click on “Continue”

7. Click Enter

8. Click “Manage Bales”

9. In the Box you will see number in Blue, click on it and continue

10. Minimum Price and Buy Now Price require 4 numbers (3200 = .32 cents)

11.Fill in all boxes and then click on “Update Changes”, then click the “Activate Button”
and the bales are active. “Post Status” should have a “Y” and a “Yes” in the
“Can this Post be Activated”.

12. Click the “Back Button”, refresh the screen and your bale information should appear.

13. If you want to check the bales go to “Buy Bales” go to the bottom and check all bales
and you’re bales should appear.
